Acceptance of Terms:

By using the services provided by CLEANIA Laundry & Dry-clean (“CLEANIA”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Delivery Timelines & Schedules:

  • Laundry deliveries typically take up to 72 hours.
  • Dry-cleaning garments are generally ready within 120 hours.
  • For express delivery, there will be an additional charge of 100% of the total order value.”
  • Free pick-up and delivery are available for laundry orders weighing 5 KG or more.
  • CLEANIA strives to meet delivery schedules but acknowledges the possibility of occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will promptly inform you about revised delivery times.

2. Stain Treatment & Cleaning Methods:

  • While we make every effort to remove stains, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of stubborn or un-removable stains.
  • CLEANIA employs various cleaning methods, including emulsifiers, detergents, softeners, and specialized technologies like Perchloroethylene and Hydro Carbon, to ensure effective garment cleaning.

3. Garment Inspection:

 

  • We encourage customers to inspect their garments upon delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for notifying CLEANIA of any damages or issues at the time of delivery only.
  • CLEANIA shall not be held liable for colorfastness, color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments/ embroidery during the cleaning process.

4. Risk and Responsibility:

  • All articles are accepted at the customer’s risk.
  • Garments not collected within 15 days from the scheduled delivery date may not be maintained, and CLEANIA will not be responsible for their condition.
  • CLEANIA reserves the right to donate unclaimed garments to charity after 60 days.

5. Loss and Damage:

  • CLEANIA is not responsible for loss or damage to garments due to events such as fire, burglary, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of loss or damage, CLEANIA will compensate the customer up to three times the processing cost, provided the customer can produce the bills.

6. Pricing, Payment, Cancellation & Refunds:

  • Price Transparency: CLEANIA is committed to providing transparent pricing for its services. Prices for laundry and dry-cleaning services are displayed on our website/ brochures and may vary based on the type and quantity of items being cleaned.
  • Tariffs for cleaning complex garments are determined on a case-by-case basis, with rates indicated as estimates and minimums.
  • CLEANIA may periodically adjust its prices to reflect changes in operating costs, market conditions, or other factors. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to customers in advance through email or other communication channels.
  • Customers agree to pay for CLEANIA’s services as per the rates and terms specified at the time of placing the order.
  • Customers can settle their payments using various accepted methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or prepaid plans, as applicable.
  • CLEANIA reserves the right to update accepted payment methods without prior notice.
  • Customers can cancel an order before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation charges. However, after the scheduled pick-up, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in the form of credits to the customer’s CLEANIA account, which can be used for future orders.

7. Privacy Policy:

  • CLEANIA respects your privacy and protects your personal information.
  • Information collected from customers is solely used for service-related purposes, including order status updates, promotional offers, and feedback.
  • Communication may include telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, text messages, emails, or direct mailers.

8. Content Copyright, Changes, and Liability:

  • Changes to Terms: CLEANIA reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Content Ownership: All content on the CLEANIA website is the intellectual property of CLEANIA and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  • Damages Occurred Due to Website Content: CLEANIA is not liable for damages arising from the use of website content. Report discrepancies promptly.

9. Order Processing and Refusal:

  • Order Processing: Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Order Refusal: CLEANIA reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or to reject any garment or item for cleaning, at its sole discretion.

10. Taxation and Force Majeure:

  • Taxation: Prices are subject to applicable taxes as per prevailing laws and regulations.
  • Force Majeure: CLEANIA is not liable for delays or damages due to events beyond its control.

11. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of court in Nainital, Uttarakhand.
